Michael Binder is co-pastor of Mill City Church in Northeast Minneapolis. He is currently working on his dissertation in a PhD program at Luther Seminary with a focus missional theology. Michael is a skilled consultant who brings his energy and creativity to all his work. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife and three kids.
Nina has an MBA in finance, a CPA and significant experience as a consultant and entrepreneur. Nina has provided training, coaching and consultancy services with TMN. She works with church boards, coaching and training in missional transformation.
Phil has been an ordained minister with the PC USA for 32 years. Along with his role as pastor at Grosse Ile Presbyterian Church, he is currently completing a D.Min dissertation in Missional Leadership for Alan Roxburgh and Mark Lau Branson at Fuller Theological Seminary.
Rachel is a graduate of Regent College, Vancouver BC and has served in various leadership roles in local churches. She has experience in publications, youth ministry, travel consulting and as an international students coordinator.
Rita has experience in local church youth ministry and is an active participant in her local Anglican church. She has also worked with new immigrants and refugees as an English teacher.
Sara Jane holds a MCS in Theology from Regent College, Vancouver, BC. As the President of TMN, Sara Jane is working with this exceptional team to continue to resource and partner with churches and church systems going local.
