TMN works extensively with a wide assortment of denominations in helping them intentionally move into missional engagement with their changing contexts. Our focus is on assisting them to identify and engage the key challenges they face in pursuing the transformation of their systems, leadership, and local churches.
We work out of a ministry approach that asks the following critical question:
What is God doing among us in this new space and how do we effectively respond to the Spirit's leading in re-framing our mission and ministry?
We deeply believe that the biblical narratives as well as the traditions that have formed many church organizations are vital elements to be retrieved and explored in order for transformation to take place.
